This formula provides methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12) and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (active folate) as direct methyl group donors in the methylation cycle, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P, active B6) as a cofactor for cystathionine beta-synthase converting homocysteine to cystathionine, and trimethylglycine (betaine/TMG) as an alternative methyl donor for betaine-homocysteine methyltransferase, all delivered in non-GMO sunflower phosphatidylcholine liposomes for enhanced mucosal bioavailability.*
