This formula provides elemental Iodine (potassium iodide) as the direct substrate for thyroid peroxidase in T3 and T4 synthesis, Coleus forskohlii extract (standardized for forskolin) for adenylyl cyclase activation and cyclic AMP elevation supporting metabolic rate, thyroid stimulation, and fat mobilization, Selenium (as selenomethionine) as the required cofactor for iodothyronine deiodinase enzymes converting T4 to active T3, Riboflavin (B2) for mitochondrial energy production support, and Molybdenum as a trace mineral cofactor for sulfite oxidase and xanthine oxidase involved in detoxification.*
